Our book, Origami Open, contains many different sets of instructions each demonstrating how to create a different piece of origami. The pieces are ranked in difficulty, ranging from easy to advanced. As a taster, below are instructions on how to construct the easy level dog. Begin with a square piece of paper, size is of preference.
	Next, fold the sheet in half along the diagonal.
	Flip the page so the tip is pointed down, then grab the two edges and fold them down to form the Dog's ears.
	Now fold the top and bottom points backwards, giving the Dog a much more rounded face.
	Finally, it's time to get creative. Use a pen to give the Dog it's face. Once the face is drawn to satisfaction, the piece is complete. Enjoy!
